Conceived by Dieter Rams the German industrial designer and JB's good friend, the 10 Commandments of design sum up what makes good product design.

1. Good design is innovative
2. Good design makes a product useful
3. Good design is aesthetic
4. Good design helps a product to be understood
5. Good design is unobtrusive

Better Place's prototype station in Japan

Shai Agassi's company Better Place has set up prototype battery exchange station in Japan.

Using modified Nissan Dualis four-wheel drives that run entirely on battery power. The batteries are charged from a large solar photovoltaic array, allowing for zero-emissions driving.

The anticipated range from the first electric cars, which Better Place's partner Renault-Nissan are developing, is expected to be about 160km

Project 1: Recycled PET Bottle

The first project i will be undertaking is a blow molded PET bottle. The key goal of this project is to design a product that will have a second use/life after its intended job as a water bottle.
